Daniella is a co-founder of Alpha Design and Consulting. She holds an M.S. in Social Science from the Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, and an M.S. in Instructional Systems and Learning Technologies from Florida State University. Daniella has over 20 years of experience in private sector and state government, with applied focus in the areas of customer service, management, technical writing, training design, development, and facilitation as well as compliance auditing. She is certified in Online Instructional Development and Quality Matters Standards Review. 

Daniella is a consummate professional and learning architect who seeks to make knowledge and application meaningful to end-users while supporting performance and productivity for organizations using learning theories, various technology platforms, and software programs.​

Daniella pursues learning with a passion. When she is not designing engaging learning experiences that align with the goals and strategies of organizations, she can be found teaching in-person, virtual, or blended-learning Political Science classes as an adjunct professor at Tallahassee Community College where she has taught for more than five years.

Daniella resides in Tallahassee, FL with her husband of 20 years, and their four children.

Valencia is a co-founder of Alpha Design and Consulting. She holds an M.S. in Social Science from the Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University. Valencia has over 15 years of experience in the private sector and state government in the areas of customer service, management, technical writing, training design and delivery, compliance auditing, financial management, and information technology. 

While working in different areas within private and state government, Valencia’s main responsibilities include developing processes, procedures, training, training end-users, compiling data, and analyzing data. From the knowledge and success gained through her career and education, Valencia knew that her calling was providing a service to individuals and companies that will assist them with creating and/or maintaining a successful business.

She is an exemplary professional and learning architect who seeks to make knowledge and application meaningful to end-users while still supporting performance and productivity for organizations using learning theories, various technology platforms, and software programs.

Valencia resides in Tallahassee, FL with her wonderful and talented three children.

 Tashena Lafleur is a co-founder of Alpha Design and Consulting. She holds an M.S. in Social Science from the Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University. Tashena is a bilingual (Haitian Creole), administrative professional with a proven track record in schools, state government, university, and non-profit settings. She is certified in Inclusive Leadership, Lean Six Sigma, and Women's Entrepreneurship.
Tashena provides professional leadership and support and serves as an educator, role model, mentor, and facilitator. She also creates an educational environment that fosters innovation, responsiveness, and accountability. Tashena provides program-specific expertise and is actively engaged in relevant initiatives. She supports the university, online, and/or departmental goals to assure compliance with programmatic accreditation and/or licensure and internal consistency. Additionally, Tashena supports graduate outcomes that meet student learning, workplace, and placement expectations. 

Tashena actively and substantively participates in the assessment of student learning activities to maximize the potential for students to learn, apply, and meet prescribed outcomes. She vigorously upholds a culture of academic integrity in every project.
