Daniella Cross-Wilkins is a co-founder of Alpha Design and Consulting and a seasoned learning and organizational development professional with over 20 years of experience across the private sector, state government, and higher education. Her work centers on helping organizations strengthen leadership, improve performance, and navigate change with clarity and intention.
Daniella holds a Master of Science in Instructional Systems and Learning Technologies from Florida State University and a Master of Science in Social Science (Political Science concentration) from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU). Her background spans instructional design, training development and facilitation, project management, organizational change management, process improvement, technical writing, and quality assurance, particularly within complex and regulated environments.
She is known for translating complex ideas into practical, learner-centered solutions that support both people and performance. Whether designing training, facilitating leadership conversations, or guiding teams through change, Daniella brings a strategic yet people-focused approach to her work.

With a Master of Science in Social Science (Public Administration concentration) from Florida A&M University, Valencia has built her career on helping individuals and organizations improve how they operate, communicate, and grow.
Her professional journey spans multiple industries, where she has contributed to areas such as customer service, management, financial administration, compliance auditing, training development, data analysis, and information technology. Whether designing training programs or building out systems and procedures, Valencia's goal is always the same—help people and organizations operate more effectively and confidently.

Tashena Lafleur is a co-founder of Alpha Design and Consulting and a highly skilled administrative and program support professional with experience across schools, state government, universities, and nonprofit organizations. She holds a Master of Science in Social Science (Criminal Justice concentration) from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU) and brings a strong foundation in leadership, compliance, and program operations.
Tashena is bilingual in Haitian Creole and is known for providing thoughtful, inclusive, and detail-oriented support in complex organizational environments. Her work spans program coordination, compliance support, process improvement, assessment, and workforce development, with a consistent focus on accountability, integrity, and results.
She is especially skilled at supporting academic and organizational programs through accreditation, licensure, and internal consistency requirements.
